Primera is a digital transformation and entrepreneurial ecosystem builder, passionate about helping businesses grow, scale, and thrive in today’s dynamic economy.

She is an accomplished product manager, engineer, and marketer with deep expertise in digital transformation, user experience design, and enterprise business systems. Her professional experience spans telecommunications, fintech, and banking, giving her a strong understanding of how organisations manage customers, revenue, compliance, and operations at scale.

As a technology leader, Primera works closely with organisations from early-stage development through to growth and expansion. She supports businesses in shaping their strategies, implementing the right digital tools, and building structured, scalable systems that enable long-term success.

Beyond consulting, Primera is an Associate Consultant at the Uganda Management Institute, where she teaches social media marketing, marketing technology, and AI in marketing for the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). She is deeply committed to mentorship and capacity building, actively supporting women in technology through initiatives such as Women in Software Engineering.
