The inaugural Digital Leadership Roundtable brought together HR leaders, business executives, and technology professionals to explore how organisations can successfully align people, culture, and technology to drive sustainable business growth.
Hosted by Analytics Business Centre in partnership with the Human Resource Managers' Association of Uganda (HRMAU), the event featured keynote presentations, executive panel discussions, and practical conversations on digital transformation, organisational culture, artificial intelligence, and the future of work.
The discussions reinforced a central message: successful digital transformation begins with people. Technology creates opportunity, but leadership and organisational culture determine whether that opportunity becomes lasting impact.
